Ive used this utility for years on my MBP and my MB. Wouldnt know what to do without it. Whether Im running 4 gigs or 16 gigs, this app keeps me out of trouble by constantly showing me my memory usage. No surprises, it lets me manage my ram conveniently and efficiently. It lets me know when memory hungry applications are getting out of hand and I may need to close out tabs, windows or apps to reduce memory usage or use the utility to "free up" some under-utilized ram. Its an essential part of my normal day to day operation and keeps my Macs running smoothly.

A must to have regardless of the Mac you are using , this application does a great job

I’ve had this app for about 2 years now. It’s been a great item to have. Even after learning the Terminal code to clear RAM I still use this as well since it’s a lot faster. One thing to take note of is that if you upgrade your RAM, depending on the quality that you use, OSX can fill it fast. You’ll find this app being used quite often.

I set the preference to alert me everytime the inactive space gets above a certain point and then I click a button and it cleans it. My system is moving faster and smoother now and I dont have to think of anything

The question is, "does the app work?” I think the app is excellent for what it is designed to do; free memory! I actually leave the app open and I pay attention to the blue and when needed I clear memory and keep on going. The app is excellent for what it is suppose to do!
